Assumptions and limits
- Uses mechanical horsepower. Metric horsepower, written PS and common in European brochures, is about 1.4% smaller, so 150 PS is roughly 148 bhp.
- A straight unit conversion. It says nothing about where in the rev range the power is produced, or whether the figure is measured at the crank or the wheels.
