How this is worked out
Holiday pay is average weekly pay × the number of holiday weeks. The daily figure divides weekly pay by five.

Assumptions and limits
- Uses the average weekly pay figure you enter. For irregular hours and part-year workers the legal reference period is normally the previous 52 paid weeks, which this does not work out for you.
- The daily figure assumes a five day week.
- Regular overtime and commission usually count towards holiday pay for the first four weeks of leave.
