Conversion Rate Calculator
Work out your conversion rate from conversions and total visitors.
Conversion rate
3%
- Visitors per conversion
- 33.3
v1.0 · Reviewed September 2026
How this is worked out
Conversion rate is conversions ÷ visitors × 100. The second figure inverts it to show how many visitors it takes for one conversion.
Worked example
- Conversions 45
- Visitors 1,500
45 ÷ 1,500 × 100
3%, or one conversion every 33.3 visitors
Assumptions and limits
- Both numbers must cover the same period and the same audience, otherwise the rate is misleading.
- With zero conversions the visitors per conversion figure is shown as a dash rather than as infinity.
