How this is worked out
The tiled area is divided by the coverage per bag stated by the manufacturer and rounded up to whole bags.

- Coverage 4 m² per bag
10 ÷ 4 = 2.5, rounded up

Assumptions and limits
- Coverage depends heavily on the trowel notch, the tile size and how flat the substrate is, so use the figure for your own adhesive.
- Uneven walls or solid bed fixing for large format tiles will use noticeably more.
