How this is worked out
Every date from the start to the end is counted, including both ends, and any day falling on a Saturday or Sunday is excluded from the working day total.

Assumptions and limits
- Public and bank holidays are not deducted, so subtract any that fall in your range.
- A working week of Monday to Friday is assumed.
- An end date before the start date returns no answer rather than a negative one.
